Complete inspection done by John Deere mechanic in January 2021.

All repairs done on inspection list including:
1. Replaced entire transmission with a reman.
2. Removed rear PTO drive shaft input housing into rear differential, flushed out with solvent and replaced all 4 oil bath bearings.
3. Removed rear PTO shaft and housing cover.
4. Took precautionary measure and flushed out with parts solvent rear differential, clean oil reservoir, PTO driveshaft, both hydraulic pumps, both hydraulic pump mounting locations & all hydraulic lines coming off of both hydraulic pumps. Both hydraulic lines running up to transmission. Both hydraulic lines running up to oil cooler and flushed out oil cooler.
5. Calibrated transmission.
6. Rebuilt turbo at Scheid’s Diesel at Effingham, IL.
7. Rebuilt injectors at Scheid’s Diesel in Effingham, IL.
8. Sent radiator off to radiator shop. Pressure tested it and soldered one leaking point.
9. Replaced exhaust manifold gaskets.
10. Replaced rear main seal.
11. Replaced oil pan gasket.
12. Rebuilt entire SCV stack by replacing all O-rings and seals.
13. Fixed all work lights that were not working.
14. Replaced both inside drive tires.
15. Changed all oil, coolant & filters
16. Replaced hydraulic oil filter again after 25 hours of use.
8,690 hours
Operated tractor for 120 hours after all repairs were made and had no issues.
