You can convert a non chopping head to chopping by simply unbolting the bottom plate and putting this gearbox in its place. I have eight chopper units and the rear rubber flap off of a 2007 Drago corn head. They do not include the knives, they were not on the head when I bought it. $875 per row. They are around $2000 new. I would be willing to sell in pairs for spares when you hit that rock and bust one.
