We produce a lower cost all-cast row unit that is a replica of the Deere XP row unit with upgraded gauge wheel arms like the ME5 row unit. It's Precision Planting friendly and can be ordered with 3" or 4" wide gauge wheels, your choice. Side panels are optional but they do not come with as standard. There are rear hopper supports available (1.6 or mini) that support and latch the rear of the hopper. Not having side panels improves visibility, improves accessibility, allows to you disconnect the vac hose without reaching around the front of the 1.6bu hopper, and you can even change the disc and singulator on a vset2 meter without unhooking the vac hose or even unplugging the vDrive!
