For Sale: Complete Liquid Fertilizer & Insecticide System off 2012 John Deere DB60 36-Row 20" Planter – Dual 420 Gal Tanks + Dosatron + Totally Tubular Scrapers – Best Offer – As Is
This complete liquid system was removed from a 2012 John Deere DB60 36-row 20" planter. We bought the planter used and these systems have sat unused since then. Everything is being sold as-is, where-is with no warranty. It was working when removed, but has been sitting outdoors and will need inspection, cleaning, and possible servicing before use.
Includes everything shown in the photos:
Two 420-gallon yellow poly tanks (approx. 1,590 liters each – total capacity ~840 gallons) with green mounting frames, straps, and molded gallon/liter markings (100-420 gal).
Full liquid fertilizer pump and plumbing system – pumps, hoses, valves, filters, distribution manifolds, and row delivery lines for 36 rows.
Dosatron liquid insecticide injection system – complete setup with the white tank, blue Dosatron injector (water-powered, no electricity needed), hoses, and connections. Great for in-furrow insecticide application.
Totally Tubular inner scraper setup – full set that came with the system for the row units.
Condition: Used, as-is. Shows dirt, typical field wear, surface rust on some metal parts, and weathering from sitting outside. Tanks appear solid with no obvious major cracks. Hoses, pumps, and components are included but have not been tested recently. Photos show the exact items you will receive.
Perfect for another DB60, similar planter, or custom setup if you want to add high-capacity liquid fertilizer and insecticide capability.
