Family farming operation seeking an experienced worker for full-time employment. Owners also operate other ag businesses and are seeking a reliable day-to-day maintenance/operations person that can work both independently and in a team environment. Must be honest, organized, dependable/punctual, have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Would consider cooperating/partnering with a farmer that is seeking off-farm income. We operate in Iroquois, Kankakee and Newton counties.

Must be able to operate, repair and maintain equipment. Class A CDL license required (will help the right candidate obtain a J51 license). Ag experience would be wonderful, but a strong interest in equipment maintenance and mechanic type work would be preferred.
