| Jrthefarmer post below about land use on crp got me thinking, which probably isn't good. But, if you aren't allowed to park equipment on crp ground, then what are the rules for pipelines?
Hypothetically, if a pipeline was coming through ground you owned and you didn't want it, could you enroll the ground in crp and tell the pipeline company to go pound sand? Or are there waivers for pipelines to go through crp? | |
