Central Illinois | FP are Fleets this means that the owners do not have to put annual stickers on all those cars.
The fleet owner pays annually based on number of license plates are registered to them but Sec. of State.
These are mostly car rental companies. Also see them on utility company vehicles.
The theory is this saves the state money, and man do state needs every penny they can get. :)
MP are municipal police and they also do not need annuals stickers. | |
