What are you running with all those wires? If I remember correctly those terminals can't handle many amps. I have seen a tractor in our local case ih shop with gps and sprayers hooked there and melted the wires going to the fuse box almost caught the tractor on fire.
Those don't come completely off. They have a hole where you stick the wire through and tighten down on.
