Subject: connecting ring terminal to screw terminal

SC WI

First time connecting monitors into my Maxum 140 multicontroller. I plan on connecting them to the screw terminals in the cab but cannot figure out how to remove the terminal so I can put the rings on and screw back down. Probably easy explanation. Thanks
