If I were you I would take the gooseneck back to the dealer and get your money back then use that to fix the trans in the 1 ton and use the leftover $ to hire someone to haul the tractor. While you are at it might as well sell that trailer hooked to the 1 ton because if you think you have a good idea now you don't need to own a trailer of any kind.
