Easiest way to get the power out of that ranger to pull that trailer is to sell the ranger to get the cash to have the transmission fixed in the dually. You CANNOT safely pull that trailer with a ranger, I wouldn't even do it with a 1/2 ton truck. Someone will get killed if you pull that trailer with a ranger.
