Subject: RE: stored grain

SC North Dakota
I am no way the authority on stored grain. Wevils need moisture to work. Phostox is heavier than air and thus put pellets on top and the gas will settle to the bottom. The EPA Gods have really made using Phostox pills a pain. Have had best luck taking out a load after 30 days using a grain vac. Have stored wheat up to two years with no problems. It needs to be checked and sampled every couple of weeks. Good luck.
