I don't know where you aare. Here in nc ia we can let nature take it's course. Spread the seed out in late fall, the snow cover will melt in the spring and start the seed. Bromb is a cool season grass which makes this work. Spring wash may affect how effective this is.


I have had very thick stands of bromb with 5 lbs per acre, seeding with alfalfa 1.5 or it willkill out the alfalfa. Again thats in nc ia.
