| How will that work with $5000.00 land. Mr Klinefelter's ideas will work some places but probalbly will not in the central corn belt.
Paying a 7% return on land that will return 3-4 % after taxes does not make much sense. With $3000 to $3500 land you could show 5% after property taxes and the potential for a long term increase in asset value. At the rental rates most invetors are interested in today Land Bank and the insurance companies are better choices. | |
