| The owner has seen or has heard of bad situations in no-till. There are a lot of misconcieved notions in many style of farming and I think that no-till is one that really take a bad rap. I ahve a field that has been no-till for several years now and i am seeing less problems with that one then a couple that are in the first and second year no-till. I am still learning and nothing schools a guy better than nature its self.
I wish that all landowners would be open minded about other styles of farming than what they did. I have seen way to uch top soil at the fence line or down the creek to think that there is no way that no-till would help the soil.
In the end the owner is the boss.
