| We are about three weeks away from chopping corn here. We just have a 20x60' upright silo and it usually takes as long to get ready to chop as it does to fill the silo. The upright silo is nice when everything works but it's over 20 years old and all of the equipment was built by Clay Equipment which is now out of business so finding parts is getting harder and harder all the time. Are you using the silage for finishing fat cattle or are you feeding dairy cows? | |
