| Your comments remind me of the "Rat Rodeo" at a neighbors farm some 15 years ago. During the dry years in the late 80's, we were allowed to bale up set aside land. So a neighbor took his set aside weed/oat round bales and made a bunker for some additional corn silage. The next spring he invited me and some other local boys over for the rat rodeo when he moved the bales. He even provided the twine strings to tie my pants at the ankles.
He'd come barreling in full speed with a skid loader, and the dogs and us would swoop in behind. Just like the "Little Bunny Foo-Foo" nursery rhyme. | |
