If you can maintain that kind of average yield with the moisture you get and the rents you stated, I might have finally seen someone post who is in a situation which actually looks better to me then ours.  You're not a lot different but I imagine less varible. 

I just can't imagine the rent and land prices listed by the real corn farmers.  What good is it to grow 200 bu corn if you have to give it all away?
