Rolla, ND | I don't know where you found it, but that looks like safflower, an oil and birdseed crop.
The old joke on the way to estimate yield on safflower is to throwh the family cat into the field, if the cat comes back, the crop isn't very good.
If you plug the combine, you either buy shoulder length leather gloves or you set it on fire and hope you can get it going and blow it out the back, but if it burns the combine up, you aren't out anything because you couldn't use it anyway.
