Subject: Sorry to say but I doubt it.

Had that happen last year about the same time, maybe a week or so earlier. Recieved about 3 inches of rain and 70 mph winds. The roots didn't break they just pulled out of the ground (everything CoC and rotation both with aztec).
Couldn't see any resemblance of a row. Just put the head on the ground and try not to leave anything beside you. Ears were about 6 inches off the ground, combined alot of corn under 2 mph and ran alot of dirt through the combine. Only could run from the time the dew dried off, so the stalks would slide, until sundown (you started to see things after dark).
Still yielded around 170-180. Our corn never even attempted to stand back up.
Can corn that is done growing stand back up? I know it can earlier in the season but I don't believe it will after it has tasseled.

I sure don't envy anybody that has down corn, once in a lifetime is plenty.
