Subject: Vistive Soybeans

Monsanto and Perdue (the chicken people) have just announced that they are contracting for acreage of Vistive soybeans in Maryland and Delaware. Perdue will pay a premium of $0.40 per bushel and they will accept them at many of the Perdue locations. The seed will not be premium priced and it will be available in Asgrow, Vigoro, Campbell's, and many other locally planted lines. Do Vistive beans yield as well as regular beans and does this sound like a good deal?
