Cause some trouble and you won't have any shot ever. I had a neighbor retire one time and went and talked to him about renting his ground. He said he had to rent it to his nephew which he did. Seven years later the nephew quit farming and he asked me to rent it. Had it for about 5 years now and rent is about 15-20% below the average rent because the nephew didn't beleive in or couldn't afford fertilizer and herbicides. No it wasn't organic and the cultivator was never out there. | |
