Subject: Uncle renting from Grandma for $70/acre

Hi Guys,
What do you do about an uncle who rents good farm land from his mom for $70/acre...this is good farm land in Indiana that should bring $125-$140 on the open market... how can you get him/her to realize this isnt fair?
I'd pay more than that for it, but he;s had it for some time.....
Dont want to cause any bad reactions.......
