Subject: RE: Were you happy with your RR corn programs?

I may have used my RR corn a little different than most. Partly by plan and partly by pricing of seed. The cost to include the RR was between $0-$3/per bag of seed depending on hybrid and that was if I was buying either Bt or Bt/RW stacks. It seemed like cheap insurance for what I wanted to do. So I used it as a back up to my normal corn. Which was Gramoxone, Keystone and Hornet at burndown. Keystone and Hornet were reduced rates. Only had two fields and one round on another that needed "touched up" Having that RR corn made it easy to do and cheap too. Was worth $1/ac more? I guess it depends on how you look at. To me it was and plan to use again in a similar manner so long as the cost is low enough.

My 2 Cents
