There may be some that you can apply to the growing weeds, but I have my doubts about a pre-emerge for grass control in wheat other than the various wild oat soil applied chemicals like Fargo. There are some new herbicides out for grass control in wheat and one might get foxtail. Puma might do it... Talk to your local ag chem guy or ag extension weed scientist.
