| I'll bet if you have a yield monitor there was some damage to the corn , it just didn't hurt it bad enough to show visual signs. I have been having alot of problems with neighbors hurting my corn 16-50+ rows out. It doesn't kill it or show visual signs. But that corn matures earlier, will go down and drop ears and will yield 10-50 bu less than the rest of the field. There is an invisable vapor when you spray roundup and it doesn't kill or show damage until much later. Drive around the country in early Sept and look for field edges that are showing those signs, it's roundup damage and there is alot more of it than guys think. In my opinion, there's not enough respect for what damage the product can do. | |
