Mount Vernon, WA | Not sure how well that would work - way too many variables to think about here. My biggest concern would be maintaining proper flow during closed and part open thermostat operation, when the system is in normal bypass mode. Incoming pressure from the irrigation pump would likely overwhelm the closed or partially closed thermostat. Keep in mind that in a normal cooling system, the inlet (bottom of the radiator) is normally under suction.
I can't argue AGAINST what you're saying here, but I cannot advocate for it, either. | |
