Subject: Aerway tillage

NC Missouri
Matt,

Have you seen any advantage to the Aerway type tillage tools? Supposedly they aerate the soil while leaving most residue on top. They sound to good to be true.

Would love to find a tool to run corn stalk fields in the fall so soil warms and works better in the spring while leaving most residue. Presently we use a disc but it obviously leaves a compaction layer and destroys more residue then I like to see. In our claypan soils working the soil in the fall improves emergence and vigor of early planted beans.
Thanks. Dan
