What do you mean by "a very poor job of inventory control"? I see farms around here who are great farmers and are expanding but at the same time will leave nice baled hay in the field for 3 to 7 days before it is picked up. That group 10 to 20 years ago would be out after dark picking up bales so the dew would not get on them. When I ask them the answer is always,"I do not have the time or I am short of help'. To me that is a poor job of inventory control. So I also ask why you think a bigger company will do a better job of inventory control? I see that with our farm also and that is why I am no longer worried about getting that last acre planted today. This change in attitude was caused by my uncontroled diabeties which is now under control with the help of some great doctors and a reduced stress workplace. Stay healthy......John
