I would send in the high clearance sprayer with 28 and get it done. That corn will have developed the ear by now and will need the N now. With that much moisture and I assume more to come or you would get your AA on, streaming on ground will be fine. With an 80 or 100 foot boom he will cover a lot of acres in a hurry.
