| We're still enjoying last year's crop. For the past couple of year's we planted about a half acre of sweet corn so we can freeze enough to get us through the year. It takes some time to fill a deep freeze half full of bagged corn but it's worth it to walk out to the freezer in January and have a zip lock bag of almost fresh sweetcorn ready to eat in just a couple of minutes. Anytime we have a potluck at church we take a big bowl of our corn and there's never any left to bring home. | |
