Yes, about 7 miles away, 1/4 section, has to have some trees removed, and the buyer gets the cash rent for it this fall, 16000.
There was another inside 80 sold 1/2 mile from us, late winter, large hill, 3 terraces in 1/3 of it. Former renter had put on 140 nh3 plus 2 ton chicken manure, and it brought 5000.
Anyone else missing all the rain?
