We are about 20 miles north of you, with the same conditions. I don't see anyone talking about the very low humdity/desert conditions with very strong winds, that took out twice the moisture as normal for a couple of weeks. My dad always said that predominant north winds are very dry signs, and we have had enough of them.
Anyone else missing all the rain?
