| I usually put down Canopy or Valor in the fall. Then I spray a generic glyphosate twice in the spring, once at first trifoliate with 10 oz. of glyphosate when the weeds are small and easy to kill, then again with 10 oz. of glyphosate about the time of canopy closure. Never have so much as a weed show up in the fall. I'm in 15 in. rows now, but also did it with drilled beans. Even if you have some taller weeds with the first application, you make them sick enough that the second application kills them completely. | |
