MN | How much is the discounted rate? We had a similar rate discount for our ground source heat pump and the electric company would turn us off on the coldest days of the year and our slab radiant heat couldn't keep up. The discount wasn't worth the inconvenience of turning off on the coldest days of the year. Maybe do the math and see if the discount is worth it. The discounted rate was getting less and less attractive so we quit that. | |
