Iowa | You can find it on the Dallas County Beacon website. It sits just south of Woodward where 141 curves south.
Here is what intrigues me- It appears to me there were 4 parcels of land sold for near as I can tell a total of around 24M to TC AUSTIN ACQUISITIONS LLC who then sold it to Microsoft the same day for 95M. Unless I'm mistaken which I very well could be that looks like some serious profit. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong in my assumptions.
Correction- Found another parcel that was sold for 6.7M so up to 5 parcels for a total of roughly 30M.
