| When we first talk to one person, they said that it was only for a $1 and my wife insisted to look further on it and did they see the big amounts.
Told you never see the 1$ amount as it is use to just get into your account and is never seen by you.
We use the CC for purchases all the time and that is a big chunk of change to have on it and they wouldn't raise the amount and we were stuck in limbo.
We asked when they thought that our was hacked and they said that it could of been months before and the way it was done was very clever to do it that way.
They said that they would find the person's that did it eventfully. We have from time to time over the years , where there was a purchase and they discover right
away and shut the card down, but never to this extreme. The one person we talked to said that it was all cash withdraw and no purchase.
Problem is, that you mostly all the time is talking to another person and never talk to the same person again. We check ours every day also and this happened in the evening
on a long weekend, if that really matters. What was so strange about when it happened 12 times in a very short time , like every 2 minutes and it wasn't caught by anyone. | |
