West Central Iowa | After struggling for hours with lots of waiting for them to review my documents and more waiting for video conference when I did mine, my wife's was the exact opposite. From start to finish it only took 15-20 minutes. The biggest difference was that I had her current passport (mine had been replaced with a new one but it had not expired yet, but they would not accept it) and a SS card and I used a newer iPhone to submit her picture. | |
