I liked beef liver. Mom overcooked everything, but I like it that way so was good.
Dad ate about anything but he couldn’t stand onions, so we never had liver and onions. The rare times I find it now, good stuff, like it with onions.
Beef heart gravy on bread dumplings was good. Ugly grey lumpy gravy to look at, but oh was it good.
I agree with this.
