My card company put a block on my account in part because Pilot puts a $75 surcharge on every transaction, then refunds it two or three days later, or at least they did 4 years ago when this happened. The situation is too complicated to describe here, but there was nothing that I did wrong, but I had to wait for card company to send me a new card. I avoid card purchases at Pilot. | |
