Have never eaten an oyster but have had some liver. Growing up on a dairy farm we put a few cows in the freezer and always had the heart and liver to eat. Didn't really care for either but if it was served to you, you ate it....Wife will make a liver soup where she grinds it up and makes little meatballs with it and I can eat that without too much issue.
I agree with this.
