S.E. Sask. | RecreationalTillage - 10/26/2026 19:28 How many miles on the Mercury now? When did Canadian vehicles switch to kilometers on the odometer? 38°F and raining so no seeing the moon tonight. At least it isn't a few degrees colder and coming down in solid form.
The metric epidemic hit us some time in the mid 1970s. My 81 GMC is measuring kilometres. The old Merc is showing just about 80,000 miles but that is a little on the low side. I switched out the speedometer that wasn't working and installed one from the 53 parts car which had a few less miles showing. |
