We killed our own beef. Dad would put the heart in the hamburger. If you looked for the heart in the hamburger it was not hard to find. I do not think the heart changed the tast of hamburger.
Then dad would cook brains and scrambled eggs. I would eat that. No taste to me.
I agree with this.
