East of Broken Bow
Neighbor got one of those stump 'drills' that fits on a skid steer post hole auger.
It is slow, but it actually works pretty good. I think it might be about 8" in diameter, and if the stump is bigger than that, you drill part of it, then move over and do another part. What we found worked pretty good for stumps about the size you are talking about would be to drill the 8" hole fairly deep, dig out most of the wood chips, let it dry out a while, then pour the hole full of a gas/diesel mix (about 1/3 gas - 2/3 diesel), and light it.
Not instant, but it works, and the stump drill is actually kind of handy to have around. Works good if you have a gate post that breaks off, you just drill out the old post and put in a new one - can save a lot of hand digging trying to get out the broken off part.
