E4 01 is bale did not wrap (i.e. switch did not indicate net applying during wrap cycle)
E4 02 is net did not cut (i.e. switch indicates net applying outside of wrap cycle)

Yes, 64" net will occassionaly throw code E4 01 if you are not running the spaces or have not updated the flipper to the wider one used on newer balers.  However, the OP is asking about E4 02 which is the opposite situation where the switch stayed depressed, often from some trash holding the flipper or the flipper is not moving freely.
