Southeast Colorado | I would bet pretty BIG money that your net wrap brake pad is allowing a little slippage when it cuts the net. Take a shim out or replace the brake pad..........and your problem will go away.
EDIT: I meant to say, to add a shim to make the brake pad tighter to the pulley. You take a shim off the back side of the holder and move it to the brake pad side. There should already be 2 or 3 shims there to work with.
