Grabill, Indiana | We are fighting the automatic tilt on our R62 9350 draper combination.
We adjusted all six sensors to 1.1 v when down and 3.7 and 3.8 when raised.
The head drops normally in auto when the head is level.
When the head is tilted to the right the head drops but stops when the right side cutter bar hits the ground, the auto tilt does not engage. When we manuall tilt the head back toward level the head continues to drop correctly.
When we try to tilt the head to the left it auto returns to level when it is not on the ground, it does it when all the way up and both height and tilt are engaged on the AHHC.. It moves very slowly to the left like it is fighting itself.
When we manuall tilte the head when it is on the ground with both auto height and auto tilt you can feel the combine shifting to the side but not returning to center.
We get a 42 " Sensor status line on header disconnected" error on the AHHC.
Any suggestions?
