I've tried many times, after I jump through all the hoops, come to the final screen and there is ALWAYS a problem with whatever upload is needed to complete it. I finally gave up. WHY is it that every gov "website"/online transaction ,is a nightmare to navigate and complete whatever is required. Any private business is ALWAYS 100 times better.
