NEIA | First one I did for myself took many attempts, 2 computers, phone and 3 hours over a couple pf days. The video selfie is where my problems happened. Just didn't show very well. Had to use my laptop with a camera built in, after I had to figure out how to turn it on. Then I used the video call, That took about 2 minutes and done. Did the wifes in about 10 minutes. Video call took all of 30 seconds for her. They looked at her drivers license picture and then her said you are good to go. | |
