Here's some things to check and consider, in no particular order:

You may have done this already but verify that your concave is physically at the same setting that your cab display is reading. For example, if the cab display says "4" then make sure you have a "4" sized gap between the concave and rasp bars (probably about the size of a corn cob). Check at the front and back of the rotor.

At the front of the rotor (above the feederhouse, just under the cab) there is an access cover that you can remove. It's this one: https://www.abilenemachine.com/parts/case-ih/combine/2388/7712?srslt...

If you remove this you will be able to inspect your elephant ears and also the transition cone and some of the vanes. Look for wear, but also look for something that might be bent or loose. Also check the front rotor bearing.

As someone said, the rotor gearbox could be a potential problem if it was popping out. Are you running in high range? Try it in low. I've been running beans all week in low range, 520-550 rpm and concave at 3.7

Since you had the rotor drive spring and cams replaced we should be able to rule that one, but as someone mentioned there is a thrust bearing in there that's vital to the operation of the variable speed rotor drive. I hesitate to suggest as it's not the safest, but you could ride on the engine compartment and look down at the rotor drive while someone else drives forward into some beans.

Right before you plug are you getting a speed warning for the rotor, separator, or both?

Happy to help, post back with additional findings or questions.
